TENDUTV™ TO RAISE THE CURTAIN ON TIDALTV(SM)

LANDMARK DEAL FOR CONCERT AND FILMED DANCE INDUSTRY

NEW YORK, June 18th, 2008 – TenduTV, Inc. (www.tendu.tv) has signed a partnership agreement with broadband television provider TidalTV, Inc. (www.tidaltv.com) to showcase its content on the TidalTV platform. Programming from TenduTV’s collection of dance-related features, including captured performances, films, documentaries and original series will be made available via TidalTV’s library of on-demand content. TenduTV will be launching on the TidalTV platform later this summer.
